I have enjoyed traveling to this hotel for about a decade and it has been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, they are not keeping up with cleanliness and with enforcing rule in particular for the pool, Jacuzzi and common areas. There were people eating and drinking inside the pool. Vanilla shake in the water!? I found cups floating inside the Jacuzzi and despite my complain nothing was done. There were also individuals vaping inside the pool. I went to the pool early in the morning the next day and the area was filthy. Rooms were clean, location is great.

Stayed overnight, as we toured FAU and wanted to spend some time exploring the Boca/Deerfield area. Upon arriving, I was really pleased with the location, as it was a cute little beach town, with restaurants and the water a few feet across from the hotel. Valet was convenient but a little pricy for what it was. Check-in was fine but the room was a complete disappointment. First, just to note, Wyndham called me a couple nights prior to confirm my stay, including a high floor. They even asked if I preferred a specific type of pillow. I told them firm and the guy said it would be there. Well, I walk into the room which was on the 2nd floor and directly on top of the cement slab roof of their restaurant and wasn't thrilled. Not exactly a high floor. No firm pillow or extra towels either. I do recall being asked to stay on the line for one of those "timeshare" calls, which I declined. Maybe, that's why none of my requests that they confirmed were met. In addition, the rate I was quoted, didn't include the parking, resort fee and tax, which I specifically asked about and was told was included. Anyway, the room was okay for one night. As others mentioned, it didn't feel the cleanest The
